Dr. I'nov Center's General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Dr. I'nov Center whose registered office is at 6, Cité d'Angoulême, 75011 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 42338191200025 hereinafter referred to as "DiC" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the "DiC" website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Object

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between DiC and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the DiC merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by DiC.

DiC reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the DiC website.

These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.

Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier; for some of them, marked DF, the buyer can have access to the supplier's documentation.

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered.

Prices

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices inclusive of VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services.

DiC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs (for physical products) as long as they take place in the geographical areas provided for below. Digital products and services are delivered at no additional cost online.

The packages are applicable over 12 months or 24 months depending on the buyer's choice and no guarantee is required in advance. The buyer remains under these obligations to pay the package monthly by direct debit and to communicate to his bank and to DIC the authorization for direct debit duly dated and signed. Direct debits must be made within the first 5 days of each month. Any delay of more than 15 days results in an increase in the amount due with a TEG of 15% per month.

Geographical area

The online sale of physical products is reserved for buyers who reside in metropolitan France, Monaco or the European Union and for deliveries required in these geographical areas. The digital products and services presented on the site are available to everyone.

Orders

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:

– complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the contact details requested or give his customer number if he has one;

– complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;

– validate his order after having checked it;

– make the payment under the conditions provided;

– confirm their order and payment.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.

Withdrawal

Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product (in its state sent by DiC) to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, at the excluding return shipping costs. The digital products are exempt of this rule. 

Payment terms

The price is payable when ordering.

Payments will be made by credit card; they will be made through the secure system of PayPal (and the associated VISA, Master Card) which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can find out about it in court
